10% Military & First Responder discount
How to get it
We appreciate our military, police, firefighters, and EMT's; active duty or retired and want to show that appreciation with a 10% discount. This discount applies only to stays of less than 30 days. If you reserve online, there is an option for this discount. You must supply proof of service upon arrival.
pet policy
Dogs are more than welcome here at Pine Ridge but they absolutely MUST be kept on a leash, dog run, or containment of some sort. Dogs that are continually allowed to roam unrestrained will be asked to leave the park along with their owner.
office hours
We will now be open from 9AM to 5PM seven days a week, we generally answer our phone all hours. If you need an early or late arrival, call the office to make arrangements, we will work with you the best we can! However, please check first before you make your reservation to be assured that we can get you in your spot if it's after dark.
Refund policy
- Refunds or credits for unused portions of your stay will no longer be issued. For example, if you have paid for the month of June and you leave on the 23rd, you will not receive a refund or credit for those unused seven days. Or if you pay for three days and stay for only two, you will not be refunded the third day.
- We will continue to pro rate partial monthly stays. For example, if you stay for the month of May and decide to stay the first eight days of June, we will pro rate those eight days at a monthly rate.
- If you cancel a reservation, you will receive all of your deposit except for a 10% fee. Refunds during Summer Holidays will not be refunded unless we have time to re-book the space.
