• Check-in: 1:00 PM

• Early check-ins and late check-outs may be arranged based on availability—please check with management in advance.
• Peak Season Notice: No check-ins after dark. If you’re running late, call ahead to make arrangements. Some spaces can be tricky to navigate.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Be mindful of noise levels at all times—sound carries in nature!
• Respect your neighbors and help maintain the peaceful atmosphere.

• Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the park.
• Need more bandwidth? A premium WiFi option is available for an additional charge—ask the office for details.

We love welcoming pets! To keep Pine Ridge enjoyable for all:

• Keep dogs leashed at all times when outside your RV.
• Never leave pets unattended outside.
• Clean up after your pet— keep the park pristine!
• Dogs may be left inside your RV as long as they are not disruptive.
• We have no breed restrictions, but any pet showing aggression will be asked to leave with their owner. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

• No Smoking Outside
• No campfires or wood-burning appliances—Pine Ridge follows city fire regulations.
• Charcoal and gas grills may be permitted depending on local fire restrictions. Check current fire conditions below
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited for guest safety.

•  We welcome RVs of all types, including motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and campers. We do not accept reservations for cars. If you have a unique scenario contact us and we may work with you.
• Stays less than one month require a 50% deposit.
• Summer stays of one month or longer require a deposit equal to one month’s stay. 
• No stay is guaranteed until a deposit is accepted

• Cancellations must be made at least 3 days in advance for a refund (minus a 10% cancellation fee).
• Summer Holiday Bookings – Credit for holiday reservations will only be issued if we’re able to rebook your space.
• No refunds for early departure or unused days.

• We have a limited number of long-term sites available.
• Summer contracts will be charged at regular summer rates. 

• Sewer collars must be securely attached to prevent leaks.
• Most sites accommodate one vehicle—check with management if you need space for an extra vehicle.
• You are financially responsible for any damage caused to park property or other guest property due to negligence.

• Washing is only allowed with management approval.
• A $25 fee applies, and a hose nozzle must be used to conserve water. 

• We’d love to have you stay longer!
• Stays beyond one week will be charged metered electricity.

• All park facilities and equipment are for guest use at their own risk.
• Pine Ridge RV Park is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury due to fire, theft, weather, negligence, or act of God.
• 24/7 surveillance is in place for safety.
